Recorded method

Verify UTC calendar arithmetic, whole-count validation, result-table contents, and absence of product-specific dosing rules.

These records describe the published model and reference tests. A test-case count is not a certification of every possible input or an independent specialist review. Editorial policy

Known limitations

  • The tool cannot verify that an entered dose or interval is medically appropriate.
  • It does not apply product-specific missed-dose, titration, storage or administration instructions.
  • It cannot convert between mass, volume and labeled units or verify compounded-product concentration.

What the Prescribed GLP-1 Schedule Tracker does

Turn a clinician-supplied fixed GLP-1 medicine schedule into calendar dates and a printable dose log without choosing or changing the dose.

It turns a fixed schedule already supplied by a clinician into calendar dates and a printable log. It does not look up a starting dose, titration sequence or missed-dose rule.

How to use the Prescribed GLP-1 Schedule Tracker

  1. Copy the first date, amount, unit and interval from the current prescription directions.
  2. Choose how many repeated dates to list.
  3. Check the generated dates against the label or written care plan.
  4. Print the table and record completion outside the calculator or on paper.

Fixed-interval calendar method

scheduled date n = first entered date + (n - 1) x entered interval days. The result table repeats the amount and unit exactly as entered. It does not convert mg, mcg, mL or units because those quantities are not interchangeable without product-specific instructions.

Worked example and boundary check

Worked example

Starting October 7, 2026 with an entered seven-day interval and eight dates produces October 14 as the second date and November 25 as the last listed date. The calculator does not decide whether seven days is correct.

Boundary check

A fixed calendar cannot handle product-specific titration, shortages, switching products, compounded concentrations, procedures, pregnancy, illness, side effects or missed doses. Those require the current label and a qualified professional.

How to use the record responsibly

Use the schedule only when every value matches current written directions. If anything changes, rebuild it from newly confirmed instructions rather than editing the old calendar from memory.

  • The tool cannot verify that an entered dose or interval is medically appropriate.
  • It does not apply product-specific missed-dose, titration, storage or administration instructions.
  • It cannot convert between mass, volume and labeled units or verify compounded-product concentration.

Frequently asked questions

Does the medicine name set the dose?

No. The tool does not ask for or infer a product-specific dose.

What should I do after a missed dose?

Use the current product label and contact the prescriber or pharmacist; this tracker does not answer that question.

Can I enter compounded medication?

The tracker can repeat user-entered text choices, but it cannot verify concentration, quality, equivalence or safety.

Why are mg, mL and units not converted?

They are different quantities and product-specific concentration information is required.
